This is what you should do:
1. Open the resources.assets file with UnityEX
2. Now you can either...
a. Extract everything
b. Extract the resources_00001.-1 file, since that's the one that contains the game's text.
3. Open UnityText, click on "..." and then search for the folder where you've extracted the files. You can then filter out which files you want to open in the bottom right corner (in this case we need the -1 files).
4. It should load for a while, and then on the left side it should display some filenames (or only the resources_00001.-1 file). On the right side it should display the text from said file.
5. Use the Export button to save it into an Excel file, and edit that (only the middle column, and only some text, because some of it is an indicator on what you are editing right now).
6. If you are done with it then click on the "csv" text on the top right corner in UnityText, and browse for your Excel file
7. Once it's opened, then click on "Pack" on the bottom right corner in UnityText, and it should be done.
Also note that you should save the Excel file (the .csv one) in the same folder as you are editing the Unity file (resources_00001.-1), otherwise it would crash and such.

Hi everyone,
After a lot of hard work (and a fair bit of frustration), we’re happy to announce that we’ve successfully migrated the game to Unity 6.0 — and managed to go beyond what we promised in the previous update!
Here's whats new:
4K Graphics:
The original 2D artwork was created at a much higher resolution than what shipped in the 2016 version. With this update, we’ve restored and integrated the full-resolution graphics into the game.
We’ve also fixed anti-aliasing, which now works correctly across all platforms.
The result? The game looks absolutely gorgeous — especially on a 4K monitor or TV!
On top of that, we used a few clever tricks that improved performance and reduced the overall install size significantly — from 3.0 GB down to just 1.2 GB, even with full 4K assets included.
Steam Cloud:
The game now supports Steam Cloud save sync across all operating systems.
Due to changes in how save data is stored, existing saves from previous versions are not compatible with this update. If you are currently mid-playthrough and prefer not to start over, you can switch to the “legacy” branch.

MacOS support:
The new version now fully works on 64 bit intel and apple silicon macs.
New translations:
We have included two new translations in the game: Spanish and Russian.
These were made by community members and they were kind enough to grant us permission to use their translations in the game. As a token of our appreciation, we've included them in the game's credits section.

Additional notes:
The game now works properly in windowed mode as well. The window can be resized and the menus don't get messed when doing so
We've temporarily limited the game to a fixed 16:9 aspect due to problems with some parts of the game not being reachable on narrower screens. We plan to address this in future updates in a way that the game will work on all screens from 4:3 to 21:9 aspect rations.
Anti-aliasing now works but has been fixed to 4x and can't be changed. This is due to a technical problem we haven't fixed yet. We will bring back anti-alising settings in future updates.
Auto-saving has been improved, the game now auto-saves every 2 minutes when you switch locations. (but you still have to manually save before quitting the game, this will be fixed in future updates)
Hints shown by pressing the TAB key now last longer on-screen
Fixed an old bug which caused the game to become unpassable when you lose the fight card item from the inventory after fighting Queenie the Gorilla
