Descripción
Con clara referencia a las obras de H.P. Lovecraft, esta aventura gráfica de terror en primera persona nos introduce de lleno a los entresijos de la psique humana. Cultos religiosos, visiones místicas y una atmósfera cargante es lo que nos ofrece este viaje.
Su fórmula es de lo más recurrente: un detective policiaco está encerrado en un manicomio, sin más guía para comprobar su cordura que unas cuantas notas. Pretendiendo ordenar sus recuerdos, Howard E. Loreid nos lleva hasta el caso de Loath Nolder, un detective desaparecido sospechoso de un crimen. El argumento bebe claramente del conocido autor de terror H.P. Lovecraft, y, de hecho, son descaradas y continuas sus referencias hasta puntos escandalosos.
Así que nuestro objetivo será desvelar el misterio a la vez que investigamos entre peligrosos cultos demoníacos, visiones horripilantes y puzzles de lo más resistentes a nuestro intelecto. Su desarrollo argumental nos recuerda al genial Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of Earth, pero con unos componentes muy descafeinados, sin ahondar en la psique de los personajes y tirando de manidos clichés para ir avanzando. También, claro está, tenemos la diferencia provocada por el estilismo de una aventura gráfica.
