Joe lo daría todo por su esposa, Ivy, pero el matrimonio no está pasando por un buen momento. Para intentar solucionar las cosas se van de escapada romántica al hotel Quite Haven. Allí, lejos de mejorar, todo va a peor, no tardarán en ver cómo sus problemas se acrecientan, incluso Ivy se esfuma en el ambiente insano que reina en ese lugar. Joe tendrá que vérselas con una galería de personajes desquiciados y escenas macabras en su búsqueda de la redención.
