Descripción
Esta historia, al igual que en Nueva York, tiene lugar durante el curso de tres días. Como manhunter, las Esferas te utilizan para mantener a la población a raya. Cada día te presentan un caso que debes resolver utilizando tu MAD (Dispositivo de Asignaciones Manhunter) y yus habilidades de detective. Hay una lista de objetivos que debes cumplir cada día, y no se te permitirá dormir hasta que hayan sido completados. Tu verdadera motivación a medida que vas resolviendo casos es matar a Phil y liberar a San Francisco de las Esferas al igual que hiciste en Nueva York. Utilizando tu MAD para rastrear los movimientos de tus sospechosos visitarás sitios emblemáticos de San Francisco para investigar los asesinatos y reunir pistas. El objetivo del juego es descubrir la identidad de los sospechosos (vivos y muertos) y descifrar sus motivos. A medida que avanzas, tu plan para eliminar a Phil y las Esferas empezará a tomar forma.
