Descripción
República Checa, Bohemia Occidental. Durante la construcción de una nueva autopista los trabajadores descubrieron la entrada a un antiguo túnel. Una vez que entraron al mismo encontraron que probablemente había sido un túnel alemán intencionadamente tapado tras el final de la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Llamaron a un empleado del Museo de Bohemia Occidental que informó a sus superiores en Praga sobre el hallazgo. Las noticias sobre el descubrimiento del túnel se publicaron en la prensa regional al día siguiente, y también (gracias a la ausencia de noticias "más interesantes" sobre catástrofes o sobre gente famosa) en las noticias de la primera cadena de televisión.
Francia. El Profesor Wilde se sienta frente a su mesa en su despacho y revisa el resumen de prensa de la semana pasada. Hay varias noticias que le interesan. Ha dedicado más de 20 minutos a trabajar con su ordenador y varios libros en una de esas noticias. El Profesor Wild coge el teléfono y marca un número. Martin Holan es Checo. Gracias a la ayuda de su tío el Profesor Wild ha estudiado arqueología y lingüística en Francia. Su tío le acaba de pedir que haga un pequeño viaje a casa, a Bohemia. Martin Holan deberá reunirse en Praga con una amiga de su tío que le dará un permiso para que el arqueólogo entre en el túnel Alemán recién descubierto. El contacto de su tío, sin embargo, no acudió a la cita y Martin fue a su piso.
Entonces encontró en el mismo a la joven mujer que debería haberle dado el permiso muerta sobre el suelo. En el piso todo estaba revuelto. Habían estado buscando algo. Un viaje a la tierra de su padre y una simple prospección de un túnel alemán se convertían de repente en una historia repleta de hechos inesperados. Martin gradualmente se irá enfrentando a la mayor aventura de su vida. El inofensivo viaje a la maravillosa Praga se transformará en una peligrosa búsqueda de una antigua civilización alienígena cuyas pistas habían sido ocultadas por el tiempo. Todo comenzó en la Segunda Guerra Mundial cuando los alemanes, en su búsqueda de armas definitivas y de recursos inagotables encontraron los primeros fragmentos de antiguos secretos. Durante su increíble viaje desde Praga a los oscuros interiores de las pirámides Mayas, Martin se asomará al espejo del pasado. También encontrará que no son solo él y su tío los que están buscando estos secretos...
¿Podrá Martin, en esta aventura llena de tensión y misticismo, lograr que se cumplan los sueños de su tío el profesor Wilde y resolver los secretos de la ya desaparecida civilización Maya?

- NiBiRu es una versión actualizada del juego de 1998 Posel Bohů de los mismos desarrolladores. Es esencialmente un remake con gráficos, música y rompecabezas actualizados, pero la historia sigue siendo la misma que la del juego anterior.
