Descripción

Continuando los pasos de su primera entrega, Howard E. Loreid se despierta en una apartada cabaña en medio de la nada. Debería seguir en el psiquiátrico, donde lo dejamos la última vez. Sin embargo, está solo y desorientado en un lugar que desconoce y en el que sólo encuentra una carta de Loath Nolder indicándole que debe dirigirse al deprimente pueblo de Arkhamend. Las pesadillas, el terror y las voces en su cabeza continúan atormentándolo, pero esta vez se dirige directamente a las fauces de su oscuro linaje.
