Descripción
Tras un suceso traumático, el detective Jack Foster se reincorpora al cuerpo de policía para asumir la investigación de lo que parece un mero chantaje político. Pronto se enfrenta al hallazgo de un macabro asesinato ritual que ha tenido lugar en una habitación sellada, de la que nadie podría haber entrado o salido sin que lo vieran. Junto a su nuevo compañero, Harvey Whitman, experto en sectas, Foster se adentrará en las retorcidas sombras de la ciudad de Arkham.
El caso se vuelve aún más oscuro cuando descubren que está relacionado con tres brujas que se libraron de los juicios de Salem de 1693 y con una conspiración que podría acabar con el mundo tal y como lo conocemos.
