Descripción

El agente especial Nelson Tethers es enviado a investigar por qué la proveedora de gomas de borrar de la Casa Blanca ha cesado su producción. Nelson se dirigirá hasta el pueblo de Scoggins, donde reparará en que los habitantes han quedado paralizados.
