Descripción
Los jugadores controlan al médico titular Oswald Keller, que vive en la Alemania medieval durante una época en la que la peste bubónica está esparciendo "miedo y agonía en la pequeña ciudad de Wippra". Con enfermedades mortales por todas partes, debe "hacer diagnósticos y ayudar a sus pacientes con recetas médicas o cirugía".

Curiosidades
- Originalmente concebido como una aventura corta para $105 Adventure Game Challenge bajo el título The Pest-Doctor of Wippra, el juego se ha expandido desde entonces a una aventura en toda regla para su lanzamiento comercial. La versión gratuita de la game jam todavía está disponible, pero el desarrollador Alexander Leps advierte que no se debe jugar ahora, ya que "estropea el final del juego completo".
