Descripción
Semi-secuela de Star Trek: The Next Generation, basado en el 7º film de la saga Star Trek. El capitán Jean-Luc Picard y la tripulación del Enterprise descubren las ruinas del observatorio de Amargosa y envían al comandante Riker a investigar. Una vez allí, encuentran al Dr. Tolian Soran, un científico loco empeñado en volver a Nexus, una dimensión paradisíaca.
Comprende 12 misiones en varios planetas, ligadas por el combate espacial y la cartografía estelar.

Curiosidades
- Basado en la pelicula del mismo nombre. Inicialmente el juego fue distribuido en España en inglés y contaba con las voces originales de los actores del film, más adelante apareció una versión doblada y traducida íntegramente, aunque no por los actores de doblaje de la saga.
