Descripción
Es una aventura gráfica de terror y gore inspirada en películas como Re-Animator o The Return of the Living Dead que fue desarrollada por Fairytale en 1992, encargándose IDES de publicarlo para NEC PC-98, MSX, Sharp X68000 y FM Towns. Es el primer juego de la franquicia Nightmare Collection, formada por Dead of the Brain (1992), Marine Philt (1993) y Dead of the Brain 2 (1993), aunque ninguno llegó a occidente.

Para poder jugar correctamente a este juego es necesario activar el ratón, que si no lo tenemos podemos hacerlo de tres maneras distintas: desde el menú (Main -> Capture Mouse) y pulsando directamente Espacio o la combinación CTRL+F10.
