Descripción
Continuación del Clock Tower: The First Fear para la SNES en 1995. Un año después de los asesinatos acaecidos en la Mansión Barrows una de las supervivientes, Jennifer Simpson, está siendo sometida a un tratamiento para recordar lo ocurrido tiempo atrás.
