Descripción

1985: En el futuro, una raza alienígena llamada Grebleips entrega a los humanos una tecnología que les ayudará a luchar contra las máquinas. Por eso, las máquinas envían a un T-800 al pasado para eliminar a E.T., el extraterrestre, el primer contacto alienígena. El ser es descubierto y entabla amistad con un niño llamado Marty McFly. Marty tiene el valor de ayudar a un extraterrestre amistoso a escapar de la Tierra y regresar a su planeta natal.

1955: Las máquinas envían un T-1000 al pasado para eliminar al inventor del viaje en el tiempo, el Dr. Emmet Brown, pero aparece un T-800 para protegerlo. Ahora comienza una carrera contrarreloj para proteger al Dr. Brown y enviar a Marty de vuelta al futuro antes de que se pierda toda esperanza.
